Grape: 100% Chardonnay. Fermented in stainless steel and matured on lees for approximately 4 months before fining and bottling. 30% matured in oak.
Golden straw colour. Aromas of peaches and stone fruits. A generous savoury palate with vibrant acidity. Notes of ripe necterine, citrus and melon. Clean, crisp and delicate.
