On the nose, peppery at first, with spicy fennel and juniper berries coming through. Very lively on the palate, lots of great flavours, sweet citrus peels, vanilla ice cream from the whole vanilla beans in the botanical selection. Herbal notes and a strong Juniper centre holding it all together.
