Grape: A Madeleine Angevine with a touch of Pinot Blanc.
This wine is ripe and fruit driven but the palate is dry. Stone fruits such as white peach dominate the aroma profile. The palate is rounded with a subtle spice on the finish. Now part of Sandridge Barton Wines, Sharpham's vineyards are located overlooking the River Dart at Stoke Gabriel. New sites have been planted in the last couple of years which will better suit the production of Burgundian grape varieties.
Pair with chicken or seafood salads and light tapas dishes and paella.
