Fourth generation family winery located on the slopes overlooking the village of Bué. The property has 9 ha planted to Sauvignon and a further 4 ha with Pinot Noir vines for red & rosé production. This Sancerre wine is aromatic with citrus and peach notes. The underlying acidity gives a refreshing finish on the palate, nicely balanced by the suppleness of the alcohol content.
Excellent as an apéritif, with vegetarian or fish dishes or with the local goats' cheese.
