Grape: 100% Tempranillo Blanco (a rare version of the much more common red Tempranillo variety) with six months on its lees in French oak with regular battonage.
Straw-yellow colour, glyceride, very bright. Complex and expressive aromas, intense notes of tropical fruits and white flowers over delicate hints of herbs. Unctuous and sweet silky texture from the ageing on its fine lees in French oak barrels. A complex wine which will keep well for many years to come.
Try with pate, cheese and tapas. Lobster, oyster and oven baked fish.
