Marilyn Lasserre, winemaker at Ormarine, says that "Les Moules" offers a lovely crystal-clear lemon colour, with green hints. The nose offers delicate aromas of citrus, green apples and acacia notes followed by a flinty mineral character. The palate is well balanced, textured, with a zesty acidity. Displays beautiful purity on the long, lush, mouth-watering finish.
Enjoy this wine very chilled, as an aperitif, or with shellfish (particularly mussels) and seafood to create the perfect pairing. This wine will also be exquisite with rich cheeses.
