Deep gold with amber highlights, aromas of tropical fruits and stone fruits are followed by a generous palate, fresh fruit salad with the sweetness of caramel and quince jelly, balanced by the refreshing acidity of grapefruit and ginger notes. #

"Designed and created to be drunk with ice cubes, this demi-sec sparkling white wine (45% g/l of residual sugar) is made using the traditional method from 40/50% Pinot Noir, 30/40% Pinot Meunier grapes. and 10/20% Chardonnay, of which between 20% and 30% are reserve wines. Very well made in its sweetest style, it draws attention to its vibrant acidity and firm, creamy texture, which involves its ripe white and stone fruits, giving fluidity and balance to the whole. It has an unctuous and long finish, with touches of citrus, floral, dried fruits and peaches."
