Clear, crystalline colour with a beautiful shine. The nose is expressive and intense, the aromas and acidity of the fruit stand out clearly. Intense flavours on the palate, marked by the sugar of the fruit then compensated by a hint of acidity, typical of the Green Apple. The finish is long and leaves a very slight aroma of citrus fruits.
