Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Brut Rosé Champagne Half-Bottle

Grapes: A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, aged 36 months, 10% still red wine from vineyards in Cumieres, dosage 7g/L

This has colour of luminous pink, and a delicate bead, lively and constant. At first the nose shows both red and black fruits. There are notes of wild violet followed by a touch of liquorice. There is ripeness and breeding on the palate, with hints of sweet red fruits. There is energy and elegance together here with a long finish with just a touch of menthol.

It possesses aromas of strawberry, blood orange and pear. Light to medium-bodied, the palate is elegant and tense, fresh and minty with lots of red berry scents and much more charm than last year"
