Tasting nights are back after the Christmas break and, as it’s cold outside, The Hatton Arms & Frazier’s Wine have put together a lovely selection of warming wines matched with five delicious courses featuring something a little bit different.

Pauletts Sparkling Cabernet Shiraz paired with Tandoori Salmon, Saag Aloo Potatoes, Mango yoghurt.

De Wetshof Unwooded Chardonnay paired with Seared Hake fillet, Shellfish, Smoked Haddock & Sweetcorn chowder.

Cotes du Rhone Villages Arbouse paired with Braised Beef & Red wine Suet pudding.

Ass Kisser Shiraz paired with Selection of Grilled meats & homemade dips, BBQ Chimichurri, Roast Garlic & Lemon aioli.

Grahams 10 Year Old Tawny Port paired with Dark chocolate marquise, Raspberry mousse & gel.
