Grape: 100% Nero D'Avola. 5.5g/L residual sugar (just off-dry), unoaked
A highly characterful, bright rosè, with tons of fresh red berry fruit flavours. Grapes are selected from the best vineyards in the Trapani area of the north-west corner of Sicily. Very minimal skin contact with the grape juice in the fermentation tanks provides the gorgeous pink colour.
Lively and vibrant, it’s perfect as an aperitif, or a great choice with prawns, seafood pasta and salads.
Run by Stefano Girelli, whose family has been at the heart of Italian winemaking for three generations.
