The wine has a straw-yellow colour and a strong tropically fruity bouquet with notes of wild flowers. Fresh and balanced the tropical fruity nuances together with notes of almonds increase progressively leaving a well-balanced, pleasant and refreshing finish.
Ideal with light appetisers, gnocchi or home-made pasta with tomato sauce. Try also with fish dishes, shellfish and other seafood dishes. Very good with aubergine parmigiana and perfect with soft creamy cheeses.
