Grape: 100% Gewurztraminer, hand harvested, no added sulphur, natural fermentation, unoaked

Pablo's "orange" Gewurztraminer comes from a 12ha vineyard, located next to the coast, where the River Plate estuary meets the Atlantic Ocean. Soils are formed of calcareous white and brown clays.

Using no insecticide and dry, no-till farming, the family practices sustainable farming. Minimal intervention viticulture. The grapes were destemmed and crushed and underwent spontaneous fermentation. They were macerated for one week with daily punching down. Nothing was added apart from grapes. The resulting wine was bottled, completely unfiltered after 3 months.
