Grape: 100% Riesling, hand harvested, fermented and matured in stainless steel vats and large oak barrels.

Producer Tasting Note:

This Riesling shines out of the glass with a strong lemon yellow. Its intense scent immediately reveals its origin from the slate soil with a spicy, herbal aroma. Fine notes of yellow stone fruit, citrus fruits, exotic fruits and fresh brioche can also be discovered. Wonderfully clear and taut in the mouth. Mineral, fresh and precise, the finish lingers for a long time with a mixture of herbal notes and exotic overtones.
