Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, unoaked
Produced by Les Vins Alexander Krossa winery in the Languedoc.
Yellow colour with green reflection, this Sauvignon offers aromas of exotic fruit, white flowers as well as subtle plant notes. The mouth reveals a good acidity, but also mineral and sugar notes.
Grapes come from high maturity plots. Direct pressing on arrival at the cellar and cold settling of the must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete vats during approximately 16 days under controlled temperature between 14 and 18C. Wines are then aged on fine lees. A light fining is realized before filtration and bottling.
This white wine will be perfect with all sea food and cheese such as goat cheese.
