Grape: 100% Pinot Gris, 22% fermented in French oak barriques.
Spiced pear and ripe peach dominate the bouquet, together with hints of melon and vanilla. The sweet taste of pears and peaches comes through on the palate. This medium bodied dry wine has a creamy texture and balanced acidity.
"Very enticing bouquet with complexity and minerality, aromas of ripe tree fruits and mineral clay, with some spice and floral complexity. Off dry on the palate with a perfect measure of residual sweetness, balanced and contrasting acid line, a silky texture and flavours of grilled brown pear and apple, some citrus layers and fine white spice accents.
