Exuding rich aromas of red and black cherries, spiced plums and ground ginger. The layered, medium to full-bodied palate features zesty hints of mandarins and white pepper paired with well-balanced acidity and fine but sturdy tannins.
Moulin A Vent Domaine des Ailes, 2022
Fruit from 53 year old vines gives this wine a deep garnet red colour. The nose is rich with floral iris, faded rose, spices and ripe fruits (blackcurrant, blackberries and cherries). The palate is long, fleshy, powerful, structured and robust.
