A rich and slightly creamy sparkling wine made by the highly acclaimed co-operative Cave de Lugny, it shows notes of citrus and apple with a fresh and crisp finish.

This delicious sparkling wine is made from vines with an average age of 30 - 35, grown on south east facing slopes and in shallow limestone soils managed by sustainable practices. Vinification features hand harvesting in punched trays, pneumatic pressing, malolactic fermentation at 100% and extraction at a low pressure - so as to preserve the aromatic complexity of the wine and characteristics of its terroir. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and the wine is matured for 12 months to achieve an optimum finesse.
