Grape: 100% Chardonnay with a touch of oak
Full flavoured and floral Premier Cru Chablis, full-bodied with good minerality and lovely fruit concentration.
Winemaking: 70% of the cuvée fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature (18°) and 30% in barrels of 1 to 5 years old. After racking, the 2 cuvées are blended in tank.
