Description
Bourgogne Cote D'Or Pinot Noir, Domaine Parent, Burgundy, France, 2020
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir, lightly oaked.
The palate is dry and medium bodied with deliciously consistent spice and sweet fruit notes. Finely balanced and a great value. Enjoy it over the next 3 to 5 years. Currently the 'House' burgundy at the Savoy!
Domaine Parent, founded in 1803, is currently run by sisters Anne Parent and Catherine Fages-Parent. The estate produces mostly 1er Crus, particularly in the famous Pommard appellation, and well-known sub-appellations such as Ladoix, Monthelie and Beaune. Anne represents the 12th generation of this wine making family.
