Grape: Monastrell
Deep inky red with violet tints. Concentrated red fruit on the nose with hints of cloves and spices. Fleshy soft tannins and bags of black and red fruit flavours, tart acidity and peppery on the finish.
Try it with some "Drunken Goat", Queso de Murcia al Vino, a local cheese which has been soaked and cured in double-fermented red wine.
