Grape: 100% Aglianico, aged 6 months in 500L French oak tonneau
The wine has a deep colour with garnet hints. Cherry nuances melt with sweet vanilla notes given by ageing in the wood. In the mouth it is full, powerful and intense with a light and soft tannic structure that enhances a good finish.
Great with pasta with tomato and meat sauce and vegetables and soups. Very good in combination with roast lamb, pork and game dishes. Try with strongly-flavoured cheeses and salamis.
