Grape: 100% Gewurztraminer, organic, hand picked, unoaked, sourced from vineyards around 100 miles south of Chile's capital, Santiago.
The nose offers white pepper, floral aromas of jasmine, lychee, and honey notes. The floral notes reappear on the palate, along with apricot and mandarin orange. Mineral nuances with a lingeringly spicy, ginger and exotic finish.
Medium bodied with good concentration and a refreshing ripe fruit finish. A Thai fighting delight!
