The bouquet shows peppery black fruit, spice and port like lift. The palate is deep, dense dark berry, currant and prune – very concentrated and almost viscous with full-bodied power throughout, dense tannins and sweet coconut oak on the finish.
Best enjoyed with grilled or roast beef, beefy stews or strong hard cheeses.
